The facility was very nice and clean.

I had trouble at check in. I booked 2 rooms using your service. The Hotel claimed I only booked 1 room. The confusion, for them was there was only 1 itinerary. I showed them my confirmation email that clearly stated 2 deluxe rooms showing 2 different confirmation numbers as well as 2 seperate check in names. They argued with me saying that the other person checking in was my guest in my room, which made no sense. It was a uncomfortable and lenghtly debate that eventually went in my favor after I spoke with a supervisor. The whole process of checking in took approx 45 min due to this particular booking. They claimed that they could not see both reservations on their end.

The staff was very friendly and quick to help with our check-in.

Our Blackjack dealer was not friendly and when ask for a new dealer the pit boss refused for a lenghty period of time.
