Keep the pool open for longer

Great service, lovely place.

The staff are helpful and friendly and quick to sort out problems. We also appreciate the pool and mini golf facilities as we have young children.

We had a few problems with lighting, our safe and towels but these were dealt with promptly. The showers in the changing rooms were a bit hit and miss - only once did I get a shower at the right temperature. Either there was no hot water, or no cold water, or no water at all! Also, the hotel advertised an Oud player in its Arabic bar, so we got our children to stay up until 9.00pm (we had also been told that the bar served ice cream) only to find that the live music was a man with an electric keyboard, and no ice cream. We also found the food to be expensive and not always of good quality(cakes were stale and tasteless), although the breakfasts were good.

Very beautiful scenery. Staff was very nice. Really enjoyed the violinist and pianist playing in the lobby.

The food was ok. Didn't match the price of the rooms.

The day at the pool was great!!! And so was the staff!!!

If it was not for my room closet door falling off the brackets onto my face.... Missing dinner... Being told by the hotel medics all will be good in the morning... Not!!! Was later, after face started bleeding badly... I was taken to a hospital... Only got back around four in the morning!!!

The swimming pool.

The swimming pool open at 09:00 a.m. which is relatively late as the sun becomes so hot at this time. Preferably, if the swimming pool starts at 07:00 a.m. instead.

Humid was less , swiming pool water was cold, no rush at hotel.
