Location is great, within walking distance to the shops and great restaurants. The staff was very accommodating, even drove us to a restaurant since the streets were very icy.

We stay at the Regency every year over Thanksgiving. As usual, everything was excellent - we have no issues with the property or the staff. We also eat Thanksgiving dinner at the Milk Street restaurant in the hotel. Consistently excellent. Portland is a great town.

We love staying at the Regency. The staff members are all very courteous. The young men manning the valet service are especially service oriented. John in the restaurant is a real jewel. Thanks again for another happy stay.

The dinner menu in the restaurant could have been a little more extensive. However, the lounge does a good job.
