The location was fantastic. Great hotel with little surprise perks We came back from a very hot afternoon and was greeted by complementary chef made ice cream. What nice surprise. The also had a cooler of bottle water at the front entrance which was no charge and offered pastries and coffee delivered to your room for breakfast again no charge.

Clean, comfortable room; availability of shuttle service
Numbers on the keys do not match the number on the door. This created an issue for us because someone tried to enter or room twice during the night, disrupting our sleep and creating uneasiness.

The staff was extremely polite and friendly. The room was beautifully decorated. There wasn’t anything that I would have changed. The coffee service each morning was a nice touch.

Beautiful hotel was able to park the bike. Right out front
Felt the room a little small for the price and no fridge or kierug, bathroom was beautiful . The bartender downstairs need to learn about bourbon I had asked for angels envy he told me they didn’t have any but it was just a jim beam product so very similar smh

Comfortable bed, excellent bar downstairs, attention to detail...turn down service, replacing linens while out to dinner, chocolates, written weather report for the following day.
Some noise but expected since we were central to restaurants and bars

The availability to the old port shopping and restaurants. All within walking distance.
Not quite sure about the room service at night bringing you chocolate and asking if you needed anything. Could have just left the chocolate in the room at check in time

Atmosphere was very relaxing, loved the room. The Armory lounge was great! Ruby and Ben took great care of us!
Didn't like the change in the breakfast menu. You have to order things seperstely
