Good location, Staff if friendly

Generally happy with hotel. it is showing a little wear in some areas. bathroom ceilings, felt the tile may have some mold from lack of thorough cleaning. would like an in room coffee server.

Valet service was prompt! Loved the location! Room was great!

We wish there was hot water available all day in the lounge area so we could make hot tea or hot chocolate after coming in from the very cold temps!

The hotel is centrally located in the area of Portland we were most interested in. The staff is helpful and efficient without being overbearing. Food in both the dining room and lounge is excellent. We booked rooms for one night, then decided to remain in Portland an extra day. The desk staff was extremely helpful in accommodating us. This was our second stay at the Portland Regency in two years. We will definitely stay there again.
