The was a slight problem with the air conditioner and the staff was WONDERFUL, took care of the issue promptly and was so very nice!! Everyone from the valet parking gentlemen to the front desk staff and lounge were absolutely fantastic!!

I do like to have a coffee pot in my room, which this one did not have.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was nice, as were the lobby and common areas. The location was excellent - lots of interesting shops, restaurants, and, of course, the water front nearby. Appreciated the coffee and biscotti in the morning. Overall, an excellent stay.

The location was perfect. The staff was so friendly and we loved the Spa and the lounge. Loved the coffee in the morning at our door and the comfy beds. I would highly recommend the Portland Regency and plan to go back. It exceeded my expectations.

Mostly everything . Except the poor planning around the super bowl

In our annual trip for the super bowl to the regency . TV’s were not functioning !!!!! IT tech person not available. Leaving the aWONDERFUL wait staff in a terrible situation. How could you not have a tech person on site for the biggest game of the year . This was your solution for you not having the event upstairs. You had customers trying to solve the problem when management totally let the ball drop. I hope you apologized to the staff that worked that event. They were the heroes of the night!!!!!!!!
