Wonderful staff, excellent location and rooms with everything a family could need or want. Great control of the room temperature as well.
The beds were not very comfortable compared to those in other hotels.

The kitchen in the room. I had no idea we were going to have one. Sadly we only stayed one night but we will definitely be back as our daughter is in university there.
There was a chemical smell in the room when we arrived

The location was downtown Ottawa - very close to amenities.
Having a kitchen to make your own meals + washer/dryer in the unit really saved $'s for the trip.
Parking should be included with price of hotel....not extra / night.
