Everything was great! My kids had so much fun. The suite was perfect felt like a home away from home, very happy with everything, would definitely go again!

It was a fabulous facility & we had a great stay. So glad to be able to bring our pets. We will definitely be back. The staff were very friendly & helpful. When there were a few small issues with appliances they were fixed almost immediately.
The pull-out couch was uncomfortable to sit/sleep on -too slippery & hard. If we were coming with another couple we would book a two bedroom.

La situation est le point fort, l'entretient des lieux et l'équipement des suites est très bien, la télévision 42 pouces dans le salon est parfait pour les fins de soirée en famille. Les enfants adorent la piscine et le spa. Nous venons à Ottawa chaque année, nous allons revenir chez vous c'est certain. Nous avons déjà recommandé votre hôtel aux familles de l'école et amis.
Le séchoir à faillit prendre en feu (j'ai avisé la réception), mais c'est un détail. Il manquait une spatule pour les oeufs dans la cuisine.

Bien situé, confort et espace, bon lit. Personnel très serviable et attentif.
Votre personnel semble heureux et ça leur fait plaisir de répondre à nos questions et nous aider.
Les tapis dans les suites et en plus les chiens sont permis. C'est la seule raison pour laquelle nous hésiterions à recommander l'hôtel à certains amis, à cause des allergies.

La disposition de de la chambre fait en sorte qu'on est pas dérangé par les personnes circulant dans le couloir. L'espace est intéressant avec un jeune enfant. La proximité de tous les sites intéressants, à distance à pied, est un réel atout.
Il n'y a pas assez de charriots pour transporter nos bagages, ce qui retarde le Check out. Il devrait y avoir des essuie tout sur place dans la cuisine. Il a été difficile de placer le parc pour enfants dans la chambre pour y faire dormir le petit.
