The cleanliness of facilty,price point and the use of condo type room for convenience. The location is perfect for us and we are returning customers this being our 3rd stay.
Would like a lounge bar in lobby but we went over to the Novotel for that which is next door.Endless construction behind the hotel in the last 2 times we stayed with you but that can not be helped....

Parking was borderline - car/rack passed under clearance barrier, but often scraped in different areas of the parking

Staff was really friendly. Convenient location. We didn't use all that the location had to offer but we enjoyed it. We would stay there again. We travelled with our dog because we were moving and that was a big part in us choosing this location.
The rooms could be cleaner. Mostly the floors.
The rooms need renovations. I thing the hotel could benefit from being renovated.
