Size and facilities of/in the room - location was excellent
Some of the furnishings and carpet are showing their age but as long as the room is clean this is easily overlooked

All staff (front desk, in the cafe, repair men) were very friendly and knowledgeable. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Loved having the cafe in the lobby. The location was perfect--within walking distance to the University for my conference, and so close to all the fun (shopping, eating, tours) in the evenings.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was perfect for myself and the kids. And the location was great!
The only small thing I would ask for is that there be more varied room service and that it not be cash only.

Probably the best room that I have stayed in at this hotel, only issue was no milk or creamers 2 days in a row but was quickly remedied when I called the desk.
