A very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Staff was very good. Liked the walking distance to UNC.
Not enough outlets for charging electronic devices.

The Carolina Hotel is a lovely property. Very characteristic of the South. The grounds are pretty and the location is good.
The Hotel's cleanliness standards are not consistent. We awoke our first day to find an infestation of ants coming from a sticky substance on the carpet which was left from previous guests. The food in the restaurant is nothing special. You can go outside the Hotel for better. The front desk staff is courteous but unhelpful. The manager, Shawn Gracey, needs to be better trained in communication and assisting guests. Overall, there are better places to stay in Chapel Hill.

The Carolina Inn is a beautiful historic inn in Chapel. The lobby is gorgeous, and the rooms have been renovated. Our room was absolutely beautiful. The king size room was spacious and well decorated. I probably said "I love this room" 10 times during our stay! You won't be disappointed by the southern charm of the inn.

Service was great everywhere except the front desk / reception.
One of the ladies at the reception was not helpful at all
