Norbreck Castle Hotel

We enjoyed ourselves and had a very relaxing time. Our room very clean [the cleaner was very polite and helpful]the furnishings and view were very good.

We stay at this hotel around 2-3 times a year. we always com back to the hotel as the location is great to get away from all the noise in the town, especially when you have young children. and its only a short trip on the tram/car to get back in to the town and enjoy everything blackpool has to offer. the family entertainment is brilliant. our little girl loves it. and the hotel has lots more to offer for example theres a gym, swimming pool, beauty salon, cinema, copper face jacks night club and lots more. all in all we love this hotel and would never stay anywhere else in blackpool.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and once again we could not find any fault. A fantastic hotel which leaves you feeling you have had a well earned break and have been well looked after. Cant wait to return!

We took our grandchildren to the norbreck hotel ordred a family room, which really could do with upgrading the furniture was chipped and damaged beds not to good sheets etc were clean and towels changed and beds made daily, but really not a good comfortable room, and quite a walk down long corridors. bathrrom also needs upgrading, I know we were with children but do expect a better standard. On the whole the staff were plentiful very polite and helpsful the food also was good we ask for a non smoking room but it smelled of smoke.

Absolutely ideal for our purposes. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Room warm, beds comfortable simple clean and ideal for what we were looking for. Absolutely no hesitaion in staying again. Thankyou

Stayed for a couple of days with my partner and 10 year old daughter. had a great time. breakfast was superb and evening meal good value. indoor swimming pool was a big hit. family room was spacious and clean. would definitely stay at this hotel again.

On first arriving at the hotel we thought it looked very run down from the outside. We were given our room key fairy promptly but had to request another room as we didn't think it fit for purpose. It needed upgrading and the connecting room between us and the other guests meant we could hear every piece of conversation going on. The second room was slightly better and although the bedding/towels were fresh the rest of the room needed a good dust, windows were filthy and furniture very run down to the extend the majority of the door fronts were hanging off. Having booked bed,breakfast and evening meal for the 2 days we didn't eat outwith the hotel so when we arrived home on thursday both my husband and I have been suffering from severe sickness and diarrohea which we can only put down to something we eat in the hotel. Have you had any other reports of this kind?

Staff were very unfriendly and it seamed as if they didnt want to help you. Food was of a poor standard and was over coooked. I understand you have to cook for numbers but it was very poor.Would not recomend this hotel to my worst enemy

Rooms were dirty, smelled of smoke, had no window closer therefore had to be left open, pool staff arrogant. food very poor, childrens choice real bad and un-healthy
