Nothing food cold not enough staff didn`t get a hot drink very bad would not stay again

Booking was wrong from you didn`t get what we asked for overall would not book again

Freindly atmoshere,good food ,polite staff,good value

The hotel was nice and will go again

Meals & maid service comfortable relaxation areas buffet & a la carte well presented

Breakfast tables not cleared away lots of tables not able to be used ergo a lot of unhappy clients and sadly the noise from pipes in room 468 but this did not spoil our stay & would finally return

We had a really fantastic time at the hotel. I booked it two days prior to leaving for my young family and also for my elderly disabled parents. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised as I had read some of the reviews..... most of which gave a terrible overview of the hotel. It was fantastic and completely clean, fresh and the staff were more than helpful. My parents disabled room was clean, tidy with fresh bedding and towels. Our room was larger and again clean and fresh. The bathroom was very clean maybe needs a bit of modernisation but we had no problems. We all loved the swimming pool and the cinema. The Ballroom was a big hit too, we watched all of the elderly ladies and gents dancing and waltzing beautifully each evening, then onto dinner (we paid for BB & Dinner), very, very good indeed. Very helpful, friendly staff. A wide range of food available so we could have a taste of more than one item. deserts again excellent, quite a selection with ice cream in abundance for the children. Entertainment was great, much better than Pontins or Haven. A show, bingo, children's entertainment and disco. We went for long walks on the prom too and came back to a little dance and drinks. SUPERB. Will definately book another short break here.

Getting out of it.

It smelt dirty and was dirty, tables in the conservatory were always filthy, the room was dirty. Breakfast after the first day we decided not to bother was chaotic and again the tables were left dirty.

Being made to wait a hour in a corridor while the lock to our room was fixed....the cattle style round up at breakfast

We enjoyed a really relaxing break. Breakfast was tiptop,main meal not bad,dessert was yummy.Facilitys in room were good and room was spacious.We quite enjoyed cabaret on the evening as it saved us having to go out on the night.

Good position in first row. Parking.

Cleanliness and friendliness of staff. It is expected from such a "house" is different.

The lesiure centre and the evening entertainment , i won £51 on the bingo.

the windows were dirty and the net curtain needed a wash too
