Norbreck Castle Hotel

The fact that our room had a jacuzzi was great. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Plenty of choice for breakfast

The Norbreck was excellent value for money. I would stay there again on business. The staff were very helpful. My only complaint is that I requested a sea view and so did my colleage he got one and I didn't.

Great view, great room...i love to stay at there...but the view of my room is poor

The staff did not have a lot of tourist information and could not guide us to places we wanted to go. We felt that on the website it should have information on location as the hotel is a long way from attractions. Luckily we had the car but this should be stated as taxi's out in the evning cost £7 per trip.

Rooms very basic for money we paid. entertainment very good. seating arrangements and viewing poor in entertainment area evening time.

I had to pay £90 on arrival even though you had my credit card details. The room was cold and the TV did not work.The buffet food was cold even on the first sitting at 6.30pm. The breakfast was a dissaster area every one was compaining
