Too far out of the town. Rude staff. Given the key card to a room which had not been cleaned from the previous guest, waited 2 hours for it to be cleaned, given the key card again and room was in same state as before. Given another room at top of hotel, had no hot water for the whole of the stay. Food Good. Entertainment awful.

Great location for our visit to the Pleasure Beach. Very surprised to see the restaurant without table cloths which made it seem more like a fast food cafe than the sort of restaurant I would have expected in a hotel such as this. Thought of upgrading to the restaurant on the floor below, but upon looking in saw that they didn't have table cloths either!

Took us 45 minutes 2 get keys 2 room so wasn,t 2 happy about that as we at blackpool 5 times a year and go straight in and get keys no queues hotel was fine and the neals fine but did think hotel 2 far out as cost us a lot in taxis and trams as when we moved our car and came back there was no parking so we used trams and taxis after this

Hotel was lovely but only good if your in a car, staff could do with extra training on multi bookings of the same surname etc.

Shame it is not more centrally located. Over a mile walk to the lights and an endless wait for a tram to go to Fleetwood. We ended up getting a tram to the pleasure beach and then another one back to Fleetwood.

The hotel is convenient for the type of stay that I chose ie a visit to the illuminations. I have stayed before but the standard in my opinion was better the last time I stayed there.
