Norbreck Castle Hotel

In need of redecoration...long way into town centre..standard of food is low

Was easy to find,and the food was very nice,all the staff were very helpfull,the room was good,there was plenty to do,very good value for money.everyone had a good time.

Rooms comfortable,food good,facilities good,location -needed a taxi to central .

Bathroom unclean.Tv didn't work properley

Whilst quite basic, the hotel was clean. Arrived at a busy time so took a long time to check-in, giving us a clear view that the reception area could do with refurbishment. Access to the leisure centre facilities really made this stay value for money. Breakfast time a little too early, 7:30 - 9:30, and a bit of a scrum. Staff simploy couldn't cope with the numbers, and, my single bug bear, I hate having to queue for food.

The hotell was clean the staff wer friendly the breakfast was good value we would stay again it was the second time we have stayed there

A reasonable hotel. Very clean but in need of upgrading. Nice breakfast but poor service. Excellent facilities though

The hotel was nice and clean, the staff were excellent very friendly and helpfull, however the room felt damp and smelt musty.
