Predictably clean. OK restaurant
The check in staff were somewhat rude and unhelpful. They initially couldn't fine my reservation so sent me to the hotel guest computers to look up my confirmation #. The INternet was down so I wasted a bunch of time trying to log on. When I went back to the desk to explain, they said "we found it." No apology for sending me on the wild goose chase or for not putting any effort into finding it when I first arrived. I thought they were inexperienced and rude. A real turn off to our entire stay. I was also disappointed in the fitness room equipment. Definitely low end machines for the rates charged at this Best Western. I expected more.
