I was very satisfied with a number of things about this hotel. The hotel provided everything I look for when I travel; Located near a general shopping center & my destination (Fred myer's & WWU). My room included both a mini fridge and microwave, it was clean, comfortable and attractive. The pool area with high skylight ceilings gave an outdoor feel with indoor privacy.

All staff members were very accommodating. We stay at the Sheraton previously the Lakeway Inn because of the pool. We have grandkids who love to swim and the Sheration is wonderful. Most importantly, we typically get assigned the 1st floor which is very important.

Had a great time staying there for a swim meet. The staff was friendly and we had a great time hanging out in the lobby with friends playing games by the fireplace. Also had a great time in the nightclub. Love the location of the hotel being walking distance to the aquatics center and a quick drive to downtown. This place is awesome!
