Nice friendly hotel in an good location.

The heater is not strong enought especially in the bathroom.

Room was very cold due to double glazing being broken. Noisey because the walls were paper thin. Bedspreads were stained and beds had sunken in the centre. Bathroom was extreemly cold but clean. Cleaning staff were very polite but reception staff (excluding the man) were not very friendly at all.

So helpful from booking to leaving.Will certainly come again.

The staff were very friendly, however We found the rooms very basic and dismal. We were put in the older part which I hoped would be full of character however it had the appearance of an old people's home which ironically it seems it once was. The picture on the web site does not reflect the hostel like interior.

Something ill-smelling in the corridor. Staff efficient and kind. Pictures on internet of gave the impression of larger rooms than they actually were.

Yes, it's a bit shabby in places, and yes, the corridor smelt a bit damp, but the location is excellent, the breakfast fast and tasty, and it looks as though they've spent money doing up the outside and are working inwards. The gym was good, too. All in all, a good place for an overnight or weekend, but it may grate after a while.

I stayed in the room 27 and I was confused with the fire doors in front of the room. On the handle should be sign push on one part of the door on the other pull. You have both handles signed as push. That was disturbing. Nevertheless the service was good. thank you. Jozef
