Nothing.
That the hotel was closed. We had this hotel booked through your site. By taxi from Dalaman airport to Dalaman Park Hotel altos bring. Close. No alternative. With taxi drove around to another place. So very poorly regulated.

More than met our expectations in terms of ambience, location, friendliness of everyone we spoke to. Our room was lovely, comfortable beds and good quality linen etc. We were in the old hospital building overlooking the gardens and cottage - so peaceful to look out on. Breakfast was good. Car parking wasn't a problem when we arrived. Brilliant location for everything we wanted to do. We will definitely stay again.
Our loo wasn't working properly when we got there, but someone did fix it when we reported it. General niggle, I do wish the bathroom extractor wasn't linked to the light switch - surprising how many people leave the bathroom light on all night so the fan stays on too. Annoying when you're a light sleeper like me. Needs to be on a timer.

The location was very good
The hotel and my room were incredibly dated. The room was small and shabby and the bathroom was much too dated for the price. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall. Two weeks prior to my stay here I paid just a little more to stay at Marmaduke's in Bootham which far exceeded the Lady Anne Middleton. I will not be staying here again, not recommending it to any one

Location and gardens.
A short stroll to all the attractions of York. The garden area made the hotel seem very homely. Quite a large Smoking area which was appreciated by the smokers but could have been restricted to one end for the consideration of the non smokers.Quirky layout but no problem.
