Our room had a fan, essential the first day because it was warm. We were close to everything we wanted to do.
The glass in our pushout window was broken. There was no microwave. The woodwork around the frig was disintegrating. Not enough pillows. Carpet was dirty.

The location for this hotel was great, staff was attentive and helped where they could even when some issues arrised, not bad for a relatively basic hotel but quite dated and could use some serious updating.
Missed some items when we booked in like the cot in the room, shelf over the toilet jutted out to far not allowing the seat to stay up, not all rooms had the full basic cable tv line up, our room didnt even have the weather network which would have been handy, swipe card to enter parking stopped working when it rained (needed a cover), not enough room at front for two cars when dropping or picking up, room service menu in rooms was not complete and didnt have prices, menu in elevator had more detail

I loved being able to walk around the Harbour and return to our Hotel the same way ... being on the harbour is the best!.
The nine dollar charge for parking per night seemed a bit excessive.
