Enjoyed the flavor of an older hotel. It was well located for us, as walkers, to walk everywhere. The staff was very helpful when my husband thought his IPad had been stolen from our room, which later turned up in our luggage in a place where he ordinarily would not have put it. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying.

I thought the staff there was excellent. The rooms were clean on the inside, it was just the outside hallways weren't.
Their WI-FI did not work...and there were no Premium TV channels. Their carpets were super filthy, and the hallways were dingy.

I liked the quiet location of the hotel, one can walk into town centre. The room was nice & quiet, clean & safe. Staff very friendly. An excellent rate for the stay. Will return again.

It was right across the street from the Ferry, walking distance to all the downtown attractions. The room was beautiful and comfortable. We had a view of the water and boats from our room.
It did get hot in the room and we could not seem to get the air conditioner to cool down the room.

Great location and nice staff. It's also a nice building.
The beds were really hard and uncomfortable, and the room had barely any air circulation--it's was really warm and stuffy. When I stayed there in the fall it was less noticeable, but in the summer it's just too warm in the rooms. There is one small window that opens, but it opens downward to little air actually gets into the room. But, it is a decent price for such a good location.

The location is fantastic. Close to Inner Harbour, many attractions and restaurants. Would only recommend due to location.
Check in was late. Carpet in room was extremely dirty and needed a good cleaning. Decor gave a run down neglect feeling. Bathroom faucet was hard to turn on and sprayed water all over the place. Shower head was extremely hard to adjust. Bed sqeeked a lot and TV was an extremely old version.

Well located older property with accommodations pleasantly furnished. Housekeeping is excellent especially bathroom, shower and toilet facilities very well maintained. Staff, courteous and efficient. Good value throughout.
