My friend and I liked the location, being pretty central to what we wanted to do for the 2 days. Also liked having the underground parking. Liked the comfy wing chairs. Nice and quiet.
The worst thing was the dirty shower curtain. Looked as though someone had blown their nose in the shower and the mucus mixed with blood landed on the curtain. Gross!! Should have been caught/chked by the chambermaid. Bathroom was badly in need of a reno/re-modelling. Decor of the room very outdated. Beds not all that comfortable. Would not want to stay more than one nt. Disappointed that the dining room was only open for breakfast and lunch. The website photos make it appear much more appealing, so is mis-leading.

Main reason for choosing Huntingdon Manor Hotel: Location
The hotel location was perfect! It was within walking distance from all the sites we wanted to see. The Parliament building only 5 minutes away and downtown Victoria another 10 minute walk. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The room was fairly priced and is clean. We enjoyed our visit at Victoria and our Stay at Huntingdon Hotel & Suites on the Harbour. We will definitely be booking with them again in the future.

Closeness to the city centre.
Yes, we did not like that your prices are in a foreign country's currency, you are in Canada and you should have your prices in Canadian dollars.

Room 204 suite with the balcony affording a harbor view was wonderful.
Complete kitchen, ironing, tables, large room--very comfortable.
You did not advertise the fact you charge $11 for basement parking a day.
Arrival surprises are not appreciated.

The front desk staff were outstanding in their service and friendliness. The food in the restaurant was good. The location was excellent for walking to venues.
Our breakfast experience was not one to be recommended. There was one waiter, who constantly complained about how busy he was and there not being enough staff; the waiter had difficulty prioritising his time, and organizing his orders; as a result it was 1 1/4 hours before we got our food. He told us that there was one chef, who could not keep up with orders.
