The heating was an issue and it took quite a while to get it resolved. In the meantime, our room was VERY chilly. Other than being a very tight fit - it was fine.

Friendly staff, except when I called the front desk to have my car pulled up from valet. After waiting about 15 minutes, we went to valet, to find that the front desk didn't bother to call. Poor customer service(only once though)
The beds are ridiculous. VERY uncomfortable

Nice rooms. Great location. Good food.
Wait staff in restaurant could be betrter at filling up drinks and checking back to see if anything else is needed.

We found our stay very quaint. The location is wonderful and being on the water front was so restful and beautiful. The valette service was an exceptional service especially in old Sacramento. We really appreciated the abaility to leave our luggage at the front desk for the day while we enjoyed old Sacramento. Great job!

Just the fun of staying on board what is basically a floating museum. In addition, we enjoyed the close proximity to Old Town as well as the outstanding bike path.
