It was fun to spend the night on a historical paddle boat.
At midnight, a boom box boat came by at 5 knots an hour!!!!!!

Everything. We came with 3 other couples to celebrate a 55th wedding anniversary and had both dinner and breakfast in the Pilot House. Very good service and food.
The rooms could use a little updating - new beds and more comfortable pillows. The antique shower head was loose, but Maintenance Dept was made aware of it. The rooms and bathrooms were small, but so what??

Reasonable price, great atmosphere and perfect location.
There was a wedding party. The noise and party continued till mid-night. The front desk needs to be more aware of the late night activities. However we have stayed before and was quite pleased.

The free breakfast was by far the best hotel breakfast I've ever had that was included in the price of the stay. The dining room was elegant. The hostess seated us right on the window so we had a beautiful view of the river. It was a lovely way to start our day. I didn't get to spend much on board because we arrived after 9:00 PM and left before 9:00 am, but because we arrived so late, we didn't end up paying to park. That was nice, though we had to deal with getting our own luggage to our room by ourselves. I was quite glad we only had small luggage for one night.
There really wasn't anything I didn't like about it. I will say that if you are a tall guy, you may feel a little claustrophobic in the room. I'm 5'4" and I could touch the ceiling. The door way was tiny. If you are a large person, it might not be comfortable for you. Also, the shower is very small and there is no electrical outlet in the bathroom and no vanity area in our room. So if you must have your hair dryer and curing/straight iron, please take that into consideration before booking.
