Staff was friendly & informative. Restaurant was very good. Happy Hour, two free glasses of wine, free full hot breakfast, free shuttle service. The junior suite was clean spacious, and comfortable. Quiet location. 3 TV's including 1 in the bath room was great. My wife and I stay here everytime we fly out of Portland (we live in Hawaii). The price is fantastic.

Loved the size of the room and the anemenities. Due to an injury during the trip, we used the Shilo's wheelchair. Very helpful.
One of our room keys did not work. When I went to the registration desk to get a new key, the attendant was helping another guest with directions/attractions in town. He asked what I needed and when I told him he took the key, asked my room number, reprogrammed the key and gave it back to me. He was not very friendly (all other clerks were great) and didn't ask for identification to assure that I was the person in room 138. I viewed this as a security issue. Also, we found several ants in our bathroom throughout our stay.

Exceptional value. One of the best rooms we have ever had in a hotel. More than a room! Highly recommend the Junior Suite.

Excellent room, good bed, housekeeping did an excellent job. Breakfast specials and dining room was super. Bartender has been there for some time and remembered me and what I drank and usually eat. Parking was easy. I have not stayed here for some years but eat in the bar or dining room quite often when in town. Desk clerk was excellent on check in.
The menu in dining room has dropped the halibut which was my favorite. The bar use to have a piano player which all enjoyed is now gone.

Had a bad experience with fish and chips in the restaurant. HAVING ENJOYED THE BEST AND THE WORST ON THREE CONTINENTS,, i CAN HOSESTLY SAY THAT WAS THE POOREST EXCUSE FOR FISH AND CHIPS EVER. I AM SURE THE PRODUCT WAS PRE PREPPED AND FROZEN, BY THE TIME IT HIT MY TABLE THE BREADING WAS DOUGHY AND THE FISH WAS STILL HALF FROZEN. NOT GOOD.
