Embassy Suites by Hilton Kansas City Overland Park

Location is perfect for us to see our relatives. Breakfast is always excellent. Suites (two rooms), refrigerator, microwave, all pluses.

There did seem to be a shortage of cleaning staff, but they did get the job done.

Breakfast was very good and the buffet was kept supplied.

When we arrived after checking in, went to our room and it had not been cleaned. This was after 04:00PM. We asked a guest services lady who was in next room if she could clean ours as we were waiting. She started and then left. We waited about 30 minutes and she never returned. I went to front desk and complained. They said they would send someone and gave me a certificate for 8.00 for the restraunt. Went back to room and waited again. No one came. I went back to front desk and asked to be moved. We were moved to room 709. Carpeting needs cleaned badly. Airconditioner is very loud. Every time it would come on it would wake us up it was so noisy.
