Loved location - within walking distance of many sights.
Concierge was wonderful however, if she/he not available, any staff member in lobby was always very helpful.
Cashier in Sundry's shop not very friendly (evening shift).

As well as the location, I was impressed with the friendly and professional assistance from all staff
This is not a criticism but a comment due to special requirement which was attended to but in the future I will clearly request for a refrigerator WITH A FREEZER because of needing to have a cooling block available each morning to keep me medications at the required temperature. Your staff did attend to this by storing and freezing it elsewhere for me to collect each morning. overall this was not a problem

Excellent. Charles was excelent. We came in 2009 from Aistralia and charles was hreat with our 7 year old son. When we decided to come back in 2013 , Nicholas wanted to come back and see him.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!
