Staff was great & knowledgeable location was excellance shuttle was on time (taxi) driver was very nice. I thank you for the great service I would recommend your hotel to anyone.

On arrival we found the TV remote did not work. this was not resolved by the staff, we had to change the channel manually on the TV screen. The room # 216 has air ducting going through it with a constant droning noise. We know we left a black flash light in the bed,we telephoned the next day only to be told it had not been handed in

Caleb at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
Our room was #101. Very noisy area which caused us to sleep poorly. The electric outlets were all warn out and anything plugged in fell out almost immediately - very frustrating.
