I liked the breakfast.
Another guest was given a key to our room and walked into our room while we were on the bed... needless to say it could have been a very entertaining moment.

I did like the text message advising my room was available for early checkin. Checking in, and out was a breeze.
I did hear one person talking very noisily on their phone for some time from the room next door. At that time the walls seemed thin. But it was'nt a problem generally .

Thr Grace is our favourite Sydney stopping place. Over the last 15 years, we've averaged about 2 or 3 times per year and always find it welcoming and overall excellent.
This time there was difficulty in getting hot water for shower. It eventually arrived but was inconvenient.

The Grace was a lovely place to stay and the location was great I would certainly stay again when I come to Sydney,I only wish I could have stayed longer.

I love staying there. Everyone is nice and friendly and you are in a excellent location.
The beds are uncomfortable. They slope to one side or another.

I requested a room close to lift as I was traveling with an invalid and was very pleased to see that this was acknowledged.
the peacefulness and comfort of even a basic room.
I have been staying at the Grace for over 14 years on and off and love the fact that it is basically iis still the same.
Extra towel rails out side of the shower enclosure in the bathroom would be easier. But that's it.
