Great location and wonderful old-world charm. A lovely hotel that I would stay at again.
Confusion on check-in, where the room charge was added to my credit card, even though it had already been paid for. This caused some drama with the bank, however staff on check-out were a great help in amending.

Quiet room
The Italian food place that replaced the restaurant was crowded and very noisy on the Friday & Saturday night, as was the Irish Pub. How about some tables and chairs in the Piano area so we can eat something from the room service menu in comfort and peace.

The breakfast, the clothes brush in the wardrobe, the location
Air conditioning noisy, and blanket too thick-- not a viable alternative to the doona

This was my second stay at The Grace. I love it. A beautiful old building in a great position. Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean rooms, king size bed.
No views from window.

Staff were very courteous and professional. My room was ready when I arrived.
I liked everything, the lobby was very nice and the guys on the door were very helpful.
