Main reason for choosing The Grace Hotel: Location
The room was spacious, beds comfortable. The hotel is luxurious, absolutely beautifully restored inside with something lovely to see at every turn, from the light fittings to the carpet to the lead light windows and granite walls. It was extremely quiet despite being in the middle of the city.
This is only minor, but at breakfast I could not get a coffee made by a barista just a coffee machine and it was not nice and I had to wait in line for about 10 mins. That was off putting. I asked the waiter for a coffee and he said the machine was broken.

It was only a few minutes from Pitt Street Mall, which is in the middle of the city where all the shops are and it was easy walking distance to Circular Quay where you catch the ferries and visit the Opera House. I really liked the décor of the hotel, everything was extremely clean, and I would say it was perfect.
The only negative was from the hotel windows there was not a great view, but that did not detract from this hotel.

It was nice and quiet. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The rooms were very clean and the location quite convenient.
Perhaps a second "comfortable" chair in the room would have been good. The swimming pool was more of a lap pool than a swimming pool.

There was a problem with a noisy, leaking toilet and we were able to be moved with no issue and courteous manner. Will book The Grace when next in Sydney.
