There was a problem with my reservation since I did a third party reservation and the front desk people worked and worked to make it all come out right. They were so helpful and nice when it really wasn't anything that they had done wrong. Loved the location, the valet people where fun and helpful, set the tone for the stay.

Staff was very professional and always avle to answer questions and help with any request. We were in St. Louis to go to a Cardinals game, and location was perfect. View from Club 360 also very scenic.
Bathroom was very small.

We loved the convenience of being near the ballpark.
We stayed in room 1805. Neither of the beds were very comfortable. We were expecting a continental breakfast with that high price for our room, and felt that was a disappointment. We did not eat your buffet the next morning.

All the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Close proximity to the ballpark and the ballpark village is outstanding.

The staff was friendly and offered a smile at every turn. The proximity to the ballpark was awesome which is why we cam to St. Louis. So convenient to just walk across the parking lot! Clean comfortable room but the bathroom was a little smaller than we are used to. Genuine pleasure to stay there...easy to get spoiled with the convenience and amenities.

Mycket god service, bra faciliteter och väldigt centralt.
Internet fanns men inte på rummet men det kanske bara är bra:)

The convenient proximity to the ball field.
The hot tub was large and very nice.
The elevator system was a hot mess. The hotel was very crowded and the staff was craming as many people as possible into the small elevators.
Other than the check-in staff, no one seemed to care if we were there or not. No smiles or greetings.
Although check in was at 4pm, our room was not ready until 5:30pm and there was used soap still in the shower.
The second day our room had not been serviced by 4pm, so we had to find the staff to "hand us" more towels, coffee, and toilet paper.
We have been in a lot of hotels that were much cheaper, but our experiences were much better.
