The location to the Ball Park is great.
There was no Valet parking when we arrived at 4:00 pm. The self parking garage was very inconvenient. We were instructed to take the "service elevator" after the game because the regular elevators were being used to take people up to the bar on the roof. I think that since I paid $200.00/night I should get to use the nice elevators.

Nothing special about your hotel.
Charging for USA today without asking if we wanted it. Charging for Internet access. Your toilet paper says you do not care about your guest.
The drunks you pack into elevators with sober guests wanting to go to the top floor lounge.
Your guests having to wait in the street in their cars because your staff can not park them because they are parking the cars of the drunks you are allowing in your top floor lounge.
And finally, the hookers standing out in front of the hotel (on your property)!!

The staff was absolutely cordial and helpful. There was a long check-in line and one of the staff members brought cold drinks for everyone standing in the line. They were able to store our bags since we couldn't get in our room prior to the baseball game. They conveyed how wonderful it would be when the elevators were all working and suggested that we come back again then. All of this was done with smiles and kindness.
I of course did not like waiting in the line to check-in. I thought timing for the remodel during baseball season was a poor choice. The lack of an elevator gave us another line to stand in. It took us nearly three hours for the same simple check-in we would have had at Drury Inn in less than 15 minutes. We had chosen Hilton because we were looking for a view of the fireworks and close proximity to Busch stadium. It was the first time we have stayed at Hilton.
