The view was great of the St Louis Cardinal ball park on the 12th floor. The hotel staff was the friendliest that we had ever encountered, at the registration desk, the bellhop, the concierge, the maid service, the valet and the Bistro.
There was a crack in the ceiling, the middle window was broken and the wallpaper was peeling under the window but all this was overcome by the staff.

All of the employees were exceptionally friendly & helpful!!
Everything was great except the beds. They weren't very comfortable.

Proximity to ballpark village. View from our room. Comfort of the bed.
We paid $27 for valet parking in the garage, assuming or car would be parked in a sheltered area. When it was returned to us, it was covered in rain and bird droppings.

Everything was good
We did not get a king size bed that we booked. when we asked about it, we were told that by using a third party to book the room, the king size bed would not be guaranteed. we were not told that when we made the reservation.
