The room was perfect; upper level, corner room. Just what I requested.
Went to restaurant at noon on Christmas day and was not able to order breakfast. Buffet had been closed down, which I expected, but it would have been nice if I could have ordered breakfast. I wasn't ready for dinner at noon, which is all they offered. Went to the Starbucks instead.

Yes. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Even with the evacuation due to a smoke detector going off.
Getting woke up at 2:30 because of the smoke detector even though it was handled professionally And efficiently. Also this is the second time I’ve stayed here and been offered a newspaper and not received it.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The food was delicious, although a bit expensive. The hotel itself is immaculate and beautiful. Every single person working for the hotel was absolutely professional and courteous. There's really nothing you could do better.

The nice girl at the front desk gave us peanut brittle because we were celebrating our 25th anniversary. Very quiet rooms, the shampoo smelled great , very classy hotel.
8.00 for two cups of coffee at breakfast.

Close to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was well kept and clean. I'd stay there again.
The pillows are awful. Our running joke for our stay was "Those damn pillows"
