Everything other than check in...
We were told when we arrived that we would be called when our room was ready should be within 15 minutes,after 1/2 an hour I went back to the check in counter and the girl was not there that we first talked with and we got checked in by another employee.

We wanted something close to the play. Your hotel was more than we usually pay but it was a special occasion and we weren't disappointed. Staff was pleasant and helpful it is a very nice facility.

The fun bars within the hotel, and the easy walking distance to Riverparksquare. The room is very classy and new.... love being high up and not needing to close the blind.. Plus the view! Every staff member is courteous and knowledgeable for their particular area...
Breakfast was delicious... but way over priced in the hotel. But was convenient and glad we were able to eat there.
