They happily changed my room from 2 double beds to 1 King when they learned that my companion had not been able to make it, and I was alone. Gave me my preference of upstairs or down.

Great venue, liked looking out onto pool/hot tub area. Grounds are beautiful.
There were people in the hot tub after 10:00 pm (curfew) and in the hot tub and pool before it opened. I wish the staff would walk thru to "police" that area, so guests are not annoyed by the loud voices later in the evening. Also, there were a ton of kids playing/swimming when we checked in around 6pm - it made it rather busy and active...we did not expect to see so many kids running around. No one was disorderly - it just was more busy than expected. I didn't use the hot tub as it was filled with loud little kids...

Memories of 30 years ago and the fact that The Flamingo is still family operated. It's a "jewel"...A true resort with the whole package. Front Desk and staff were great! We enjoyed our stay and look forward to bringing a few friends next time~

Clean, quite and location.
Business traveler, no free internet, and to work out you wanted me to also pay to go to the gym behind the hotel. Tub drain backed up, did not drain well while I was taking a shower.
