They happily changed my room from 2 double beds to 1 King when they learned that my companion had not been able to make it, and I was alone. Gave me my preference of upstairs or down.

Great venue, liked looking out onto pool/hot tub area. Grounds are beautiful.
There were people in the hot tub after 10:00 pm (curfew)
and in the hot tub and pool before it opened. I wish the staff would walk thru to "police" that area, so guests are not annoyed by the loud voices later in the evening.
Also, there were a ton of kids playing/swimming when we checked in around 6pm - it made it rather busy and active...we did not expect to see so many kids running around. No one was disorderly - it just was more busy than expected. I didn't use the hot tub as it was filled with loud little kids...
