It is clean, convenient with well kept grounds - a perfect place for a family weekend. We have been coming almost every year since the 60's. First with our parents, then with our kids, and now including our grandkids
The late check in - although I understand the reason.

Main reason for choosing Flamingo Resort & Spa: Location

I enjoyed the historic atmosphere of a place built in the 1950's as it reminded me of places I stayed with my parents as a child on summer vacations. The pool area was especially nice and well maintained as was the dining area next to the pool. Also, the location was perfect for me as it was within 2 miles of the family members I was visiting in Santa Rosa.

LISA & MARIA were especially helpful, quiet, size of room, ammenities nice
Had to move rooms after one night due to flooding. Were only given chits for continental breakfast as compensation. Seemed chintzy.

The coffee was bad in the rooms. We were only left one small soap for 2 for 2 days.
