Watt too far from 5:30 am shuttle. Consideration should be gibVen to seniors needing Ti get shurTtle early. . We were in another building & this added to stress considerably . Staff were curt & rude in giving directions to room,

Even though it was close to the airport it was quiet and comfortable. the resturant and lounge was very clean and service there was a 10 out of 10.
I was not able to leave my suv there due to not booking a space in advance. I was not aware that I had to do that at the time I booked the room or I would have done just that. I asked if it was still possible to leave it there and was more than willing to still pay but was told NO! I had to leave it at a place adjacent to the hotel which is costing me quite a bit more.

Close to airport
Room location across the hall from the laundry. Staff were talking and laughing loudly during the night making it difficult to sleep.

Shuttle between airport and hotel. shuttle driver took me to the light tail stop so I could go into Portland.

The convenience of the shuttle to and from the airport and the restaurant on premises. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.
I always stay here, a couple of times a year when I fly to Portland. I am a 70 year old woman, I travel alone and have felt safe and secure there because I am always given a room near the lobby. This stay, my room was in another buidling, and I did not feel comfortable having to go outside, unlock another building to get inside and go to my room.
I asked for a room in the building near the lobby, but was told none was available. It just didn't seem like the hotel was that full. I would not stay there again if I cannot be sure of getting a room on the ground floor near the lobby.

It would be helpful if there was a light contenental breakfast in the a.m.

We had ants in the bathroom. Also the two housing buildings are disconnected from the main office, forcing you to walk outside dragging your suitcases along in the weather.

Proximity to airport for early AM flight
Refrig was not working. Price was more than it should be for quality of accommodation - mold around bathtub edge - colored bedspreads w4ere still being used when the norm these days is white overlays to show guest the cover is clean !!!! Not worth the money and I will not be back.
