I visited during a dragon boat event and there were many paddlers staying at this hotel and it was busy during check in and check out. From the minute we pulled in there were staff members and valet attendants right there! We had little or no wait and staff were professional, knowledgeable and accomodating. We requested a refridgerator which was delivered immediately and the person who brought it was very accomodating and helpful with our many inquiries about nearby stores etc.
For the price we were disappointed with having to pay for internet (FREE at coffee shops!) and the number of maintenance issues in our room (820). The closet doors were off the track, the bathroom fan did not work (or maybe we couldn't find the switch), the tub drained very slow and the electrical outlet between the beds was not secure and moved in and out of the wall!!! Also while the valet service was convenient we did not like that we couldn't get to our car so we probably will park outside next time.
