Really enjoyed the experience of dining on the sixth floor Windows restaurant our food was delicious the service and ambience was the best!!! Thank you for a great stay, I will stay again!

I was unable to control my own room temperature. I had my 18 month old daughter with me and it was way to cold in the evening or in the morning to give her a bath. Most inconvenient thing ever.

The staff was very accommodating to our needs. My husband and I are both disabled and they did their best to make us comfortable. We were especially impressed with the staff in the restaurant/lounge upstairs. They went out of their way to help us.

Most outdated $100 a night hotel I've ever stayed in.

Convenient for Convention Centre.
Responsive to my requests.
Traffic noise (Rm 201). Not so bad with the windows closed.
Toilet cistern regularly topping up (leak?).

We should have stayed another night just to be able to have time relax after a crazy day. The bed was so comfortable, we didn't want to get out of bed. The staff was friendly, helpful and a good sense of humor.
Sheet had some stains on it. Cleaning crew couldn't understand me, i was too tired to go to the lobby, but had to do so to get some help. $14.00 seems a bit much for parking when already paying for a hotel room.

I made a group reservation for 16 coworkers at a conference. The Red Lion staff helped with planning, check-in and everything they needed. The Red Lion Convention Center is comfortable and very convenient and reasonably priced for downtown Portland.
