We liked how close we were to many of the Winterlude activities: canal, Byward Market, snow sculptures.
We thought the bar area was very small and too close to the front entrance. As well, the bathrooms were closed early. We would have liked access to our vehicle during our stay.

Room size and comfort I rated Staff @ 1 only because of the actions of 1 bell hop The remainder of the staff were police and helpful This 1 left a bad taste with me and as they say 1 bad apple spoils the basket
1 Bell Hop I asked a question of answered half my question with 1 word before turning to another person behind me to ask how he could help him This person very rude in my opinion I never did get my question answered and walked away not wanting to talk with him Menu - Of the 4 meals I had there I would not say any of them were special. In fact if I had to pay for a meal at a restaurant outside the Hotel I would not go back. Unfortunately because of my schedule I did not have the opportunity to go in search of another restaurant. Internet- You could certainly afford to provide a free time limit on High Speed

Staff were friendly and generally helpful but I don't think this hotel was particularly well managed. Small things were overlooked. For example, they advertise boiled eggs on the breakfast menu but can not provide an egg cup. Being connected is essential for business men but the hotel is not wireless and the service they offer is very expensive. Having two terminals in the business centre(which are always in use) does not cut it. Also they do not make porridge. This is a travesty for us Canadians of Scottish ancestry. (pouring hot water over some flakes is NOT porridge)

Very nice hotel inside and out, located in the city, nice staff, direction and effective listening, fluency in French and English very helpful

Accuracy and efficiency of the reservations department, the quality of the room, the view, space, perfect reception staff
