This was our 3rd stay at Lord Elgin hotel, All of the staff were very friendly and always happy to help. Excellent stay and we will stay there again!!
The restaurant staff seemed a bit frazzled and not quite all together

The rooms were updated - comfortable bed with lots of pillows - the room was clean and the bathroom was very clean and good water pressure.
