The staff are very kind and helpful, the room cleaner very nice.
I did not like the food in the hotel. So I seldom ate in the hotel during lunch or dinner. Another idea is to have some drinks to sell at the pool will be nice .You can make money and make the guest enjoy more.

On my day of arrival which falls on the 6Th of June, I was served by one of the most helpful front desk man. Not only did he get the room done up earlier, he also helped on how to get around Hong Kong easy. As it is me and my wife's first time (and my wife's birthday), it definitely helped us get around Hong Kong with ease. Thank you! I didn't get his name but I do hope he is well rewarded.

We were extremely saisfied with our stay. The food was excellent and the location was perfect. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.
It seemed a long way from the ferry on a hot day and with a sleeping child. It may be a good idea for someone with a bicycle and a trolley at the back to be available to help with luggage etc. and would also find someone a little job.

Chill out and relax in a quiet part of HK. Its kind of old school HK, no city and no high rise building.

The wonderful position. Very good lunch. Comfortable room.
Team making facilities could be improved. As we were there for a one night stop-over, we had no tea or coffee and it was not worth buying any.

Was asking for sea view room, get the last room on the back of the hotel, even if a lot of room was empty

A nice location but could be renovated to attract more people
