Best Western Hotel Hermitage

Because we have stayed there many times beforeand the location is good, we have once stayed and the carpets were soiled

There was one helpful member of staff Very pretty village!

My elderly parents were not treated with dignity and although I had booked an executive room when my father had difficulty with the bathroom accessability all but one of the staff were extremely unhelpful. On the evening of our arrival the member of reception staff on duty simply chatted to his friends on the phone and more or less ignored us as we stood like fools awaiting to check in. The breakfast facilities were under staffed and too small for the number of guests. My room was extremely noisy and I was told more or less tough. Dont take your elderly parents and find somewhere more service client based would not go back again!
