Very convenient central location with easy parking nearby.
Breakfasts should include a choice of cooked eggs and not simply unpalatable preprocessed scrambled eggs.

When we arrived there was no sign of anyone. We waited 10 minutes before the receptionist arrived. Next morning at breakfast it was all very impersonal. Not a welcoming place.

Clean, quiet, excellent location in centre of town and comfortable with secure parking. Good breakfast. Does have adjoining spa which we did not use but looks good
No hassles
Restaurant did not have space for us to eat even though we checked in before 6pm. Concierge did offer to book us another restaurant but you need to make a separate reservation if you want to eat in the hotel.. and it is not open on a Sunday. However, we can recommend the restaurant at the Coq Hotel just around the corner, a little pricey at 60 euros per head but this did include very nice bottle of wine and full 5 course dinner (Michelin recommended).

The gentleman on reception is always very friendly whenever we visit The Hermitage and he is very helpful.
When looking at the hotel on the internet last month we were under the impression there were tea making facilities in the room, so were disappointed to find this was not the case now it is under the Best Western.

Very comfortable and clean. Nice Staff.
The cost of one gin and tonic - 9 Euros is far too much.. I bought one litre of gin from the Wine Socieety for 11.5 Euros!!!!!
