The convenience of Fremont St, the resturants, one security guard I think his name was Michael was super nice. The sweety lady who came to do our room was super nice.

Going thru the casino to get to the elevators to get to our room!! We had our 2 grandboys 3 & 4 for 2 hrs Friday evening and the security guard at the entrance was not nice at all. He told us to hurry up and get the kids on the elevator!! Our tub plugged up and our cable quit working. When checking in the girl at the front desk corrected me when I said motel instead of hotel. We had to come back and get our key and the older gentleman was not friendly. I paid for my room ahead of time and yet the hotel still charged me $72.00 WHY?????

Very nice remodel on casino and rooms

Bathrooms very small. Booked room with the option of getting a roll away only to have the staff say that's not an option so ended up booking a second room for our stay. Not happy!!!
