Plaza Hotel & Casino

Friendly staff, clean room. Comfy bed. Friendly bartenders and cocktail waitresses. We've already recommended the place to several friends who plan to visit Vegas in 2012.

Our room was freezing cold! We had to bring a comforter from our relative's house! No suitcase stand in the room. No ice on our floor (21st), and we were told to go to bar in casino, but later found out there was ice on 8th floor. "Gourmet" coffee was lousy and expensive. Wouldn't have minded the price if it was good!.

Clean room, quiet inside the hotel. The Security personnel were very friendly. Parking was convenient.

Very noisy from the music from Fremont St. The music was very loud and did not stop u til 1:00 a.m. Room was not like the ones pictured. There were no towel bars. You had to operate the two bedroom lamps from the switch by the door. We had to request a blanket and it was delivered very quickly. The housekeeping staff was very efficient, the room clean.

I stayed at the Plaza before, The rooms and lobby showed some wear and ageing. This time the room was modern, clean, carpets. The bedding looked new and the mattress was comfortable. The lobby was newly refurbished and was inviting.

Long walk thru the casino to go to the parking garage.

The Casino, Hotel had finished most of there remodeling and we liked it from what we saw years ago. We had a wonderfuf remodeled room. Very nice and clean. Room and hotel service were very kind and courteous. We enjoyed our stay there and would concider going back, VERY LIKELY. Thank You PLAZA, Dennis Valenti.

The dining facility was not completed as i understood, but the Sub Shop and Coffee and Deli were very good with there sandwiches.Overall everything was A_O_K.

We were unfortunate to visit when the refurbishment was not complete, it should not have been opened at this time. The check in process was a joke, lines of people with only two staff in attendance, booking out was the same. We were allocated room 309 there was constant noise from ongoing work throughout the night , out other friends were allocated a roomon the twelfth floor, their toilet was blocked, despite several calls it was not attended to, and they were left holding on the phone trying to resolve the situation. I don't know who responsible for the reopening schedule but whomever it was got it all wrong, if it were my choice they would be dismissed.

The location is great for access to downtown area. The room was comfortable and large.

The staff seemed unwilling or unknowledgeable to answer questions regarding rates rooms. Called 3 times to have iron and ironingboard sent to room-never received it. Doors out to valet need to be automated so guest with luggage don't have to fidget with doors. Ice machines not on every floor and not working. We were on floor 11 had to go to floor 18 to get to an ice machine. Service elevator not designated as such and is operated in same bank as guest elevators.

I booked a room facing the Fremont experiance and was given a room facing air conditioners. Since my husband is disabled, we were going to enjoy looking out the window. Hopefully next time we get what we order
